There are many Chinese restaurants in the US, but the best ones are like the ones in Chinatowns in Shanghai or Beijing. These are the restaurants that have the most authentic Chinese dishes with a lot of authentic ingredients. So you will find authentic versions of Chinese dishes like wonton soup, dinnertime wonton soup, and wonton soup with pork. These are all fantastic and extremely healthy. Chinese restaurants are expensive. They cost thousands of dollars in construction, and then they get to spend their money elsewhere. They don’t have the luxury of investing in expensive restaurants and restaurants that are often in the American market.
Not too long ago I was in Chinatown, and I was surprised to see that I could order wonton soup with pork. I had no idea how good it was. For other Chinese food, you can’t say that the Cantonese are “authentic.” They are not the same thing as the Cantonese, they are the same thing as the Chinese.
I’m sure the Cantonese are a little different too, and they’ve been known for their deliciousness and their lack of a good meal. But they have that way of eating that much, and that’s why they’re so popular with the Chinese.
