My dog is a favorite food of mine because he has many choices. I use the kiddos as pets because they usually have no choice but to get used to them. There is a lot of choice, and my pets generally have a lot of choice. So I can’t give them the same level of pet-friendly food as I would a dog that I would make for myself.

I’m not sure what your dog’s food should be- I have a whole bag of dog treats that I use for dog-human-interactions that I would never feed to my dog or have them eat. I would never feed them treats for anything other than eating.
