I wish YouTube would fix the sidebar not scrolling issue.
If you’re on a mobile device, the sidebar is on your side and you can scroll through it. If you’re on a desktop, it’s a little more difficult as it’s right next to the video.
I don’t know. This is a simple issue that has been there for years and has been fixed. The fix is probably that its a feature, not a bug.

The problem is that for a long time there was a bug where the sidebar would not scroll. If you could scroll it would be great, but since it wasn’t working, it wasn’t.The fix is to scroll it.
