WU is a Chinese martial art developed from Chinese martial arts. It’s a system of movement that makes it challenging to learn. The system is designed to be flexible and adaptable to learning any style. WU training is about learning to move in a way that is safe and effective for the person or animal that is doing it.
I recently watched the video below and it’s very well put together. It is a simple video and you can immediately see the details of each move. The movement is very smooth and fluid. As an added bonus, it is also very entertaining.

It is extremely difficult to master. However, you can use it as a quick way to learn new movements, or to add variety to your routine. Wu-style training is a very effective way to get used to a class of exercises. For instance, just watching a wu class is a way to build up your strength. However, if you also want to work on other exercises, this system can be used to add variety to your routine.

You also want to be able to feel confident in your ability to use your entire body effectively, not just your legs.
The more you practice with a partner, the more accurate your strike will be. Just like in boxing, you want to use your hands and arms to make your opponent look as small as possible. You want to utilize all your body as you hit your opponent. But unlike boxing, you can only hit your opponent if they are not moving, so you can actually have to take a couple of extra steps to get to your target.
