I love how this wall helps keep me energized in the gym even when I workout on my own. I can use it for my exercise bike, treadmill, or stationary bike and turn it into a wall of sorts. I still have to exercise, but it makes the gym more fun to be in.
This is one of the few pieces of exercise equipment that I use while exercising at home. The only exercise that I do in the gym is on my stationary bike, which is an exercise machine that I built out of a kitchen table and a piece of plywood.
