With our automatic routine, you can just start it and it will get you up and running as soon as you wake up. We are a small studio, and so we take small breaks to eat and drink, and the workout routine is designed to be the perfect way to get you in and out of the studio without actually leaving your chair.
We love it because it actually makes the studio feel more like a social space. We have many other clients who use the studio as an opportunity to meet with other fitness professionals. We have a lot of fun when we talk about what we do and what we like about the studio, and we feel like our clients appreciate it as much as we do.
