This year was particularly amazing for me. I decided to try out a new routine. It wasn’t for me. I was eating my way through Thanksgiving.
I dont know about you, but I was eating way too much Thanksgiving. It was the first time in over 20 years that I had a full stomach and a bowl of mashed potatoes with gravy. It was fun, but I didn’t feel any better afterward.
I can’t help but wonder if I ate half of my Thanksgiving meal and drank 6 glasses of wine in one sitting. I probably did.
One thing that seems to have helped me drop Thanksgiving is my yoga practice. I can’t eat too much anymore, so I don’t have to eat too many things. It makes it easier to keep my stomach full and to not feel so bloated.
I think this is one of the more common reasons I feel full after Thanksgiving. Ive been working on strengthening my core while I was away from the computer for the past few weeks. Ive been doing it for over a year now and it feels great! Its not quite as bad as it sounds though. You just work too hard.
You may be wondering why I’m writing about this at the end of the day. Well, I was just trying to write about something that might make my readers a little happier.
Thanksgiving is typically a day that I’m feeling bloated. And while that’s a normal part of the holiday, it’s not something that I typically talk about on my blogs. Ive always said that I wanted to write a blog that would be helpful to those who are struggling with their weight. And I’m glad I finally did. The new blog is called “Working Out”.
I was really excited to see how the new blog would turn out. Hopefully it turns out to be good.
Its nice to see that Im finally being honest about my own struggles with weight, but I know that there are other, much more important things that Im trying to figure out. I hope that this blog gives people a way to feel less bloated while having a productive holiday.
For anyone who has been in a similar state of mind, there are two things you can do. One is to keep your weight down. The other is to focus on your food choices. If you don’t have that second, you’re going to get fat. And you’re going to be miserable. This is actually a good thing, because it keeps you from becoming too lazy.
