All we have to do is look around at the people and circumstances around us in order to understand why we feel the way we do.

This self-assessment is actually one of the most important parts of the self-assessment. By doing it without doing the self-assessment, you are allowing the self-assessment to pass by because the self-assessment itself is just a feeling. But if you do your self-assessment every day, you will not allow the self-assessment to pass unless you do the self-assessment.
It’s no surprise that people tend to get stuck in the same habits each day. Even the most regular of us have this tendency to have the same thought, feeling, or habit that we all have every day.
