So I wanted to share with you some of the things that I do with my husband that I hope some of you can benefit from.
As much as I would like to think I have been successful with that, the truth is that I am not. I have been married for 25 years to a wonderful man, and I have seen him work with weights, run, do pushups, and jump rope. I have also seen him eat a lot of food. The one thing we both agree on is that I can’t be successful at anything.
This isn’t to say that you can’t be a great workout partner when you’re married, but it is important to keep in mind that you have to know what you’re doing when you’re dating. If you don’t know how to cook, you’re going to make yourself sick. If you don’t know how to run, you’re going to be in a bad mood all day.
Now, a good workout partner is going to come up with a whole bunch of excuses to why it cant be done. But, if you want to be a great workout partner you need to make sure that you know what your doing. If you dont know what youre doing, then youll be in a bad mood all day.
If you want something to be good, you have to know what it is. You have to ask yourself, “Can I do this?” and not just “Can I do this now?”. If you can do it, then you will be good. If you can’t do it, then you’ll be unhappy.
The question is, then, what are you doing with that information? Are you going to try to do something with it, or are you going to use it to try to not just do something with it? We, at Tennyson, want to make sure that we are doing things that we know we can do. We want to make sure that we can get out there, move to the gym, run a race, and do things that we can do.
A lot of fitness clubs and health clubs are just doing the wrong things. And then they have great equipment but theyre not doing anything about it, which is why I say that they all have a deathly lack of content. Tennyson wants to make sure we, at Tennyson, are doing things we know we can do. We want to make sure we can get out there, move to the gym, run a race, and do things that we can do.

But I guess it’s the opposite of what we want to do. You see, we want Tennyson to make sure we are doing things we can do. So instead we go around saying, “I can’t run, I can’t do this, I can’t do that,” and then we get into the gym and do the wrong things, or we don’t do anything we can do and we end up dead.
So you see, we want to make sure we are doing things we can do so we can get out there, move to the gym, run a race, and do things that we can do. But we have to go into the gym and do the wrong things, or we end up dead.
