I’ve been using a gym for about 10 years, and the last few weeks I’ve been experiencing a few strange pains that are coming and going. Sometimes our bodies do make us feel a little sick but we know what the hell it is. We have learned that our stomachs are the only organs in our bodies that can know pain. This means that we should really listen to it, otherwise all we do is upset it. But you have to get your stomach right before you start working out. If you get it wrong, youll feel worse than you do if you do it wrong. Just trust your stomach.
You can have an internal debate if you want. But the truth is you should listen to your stomach. It will tell you what to do and what not to do. What if you feel sick or nauseous? Then you should listen to your stomach and not listen to your head.

So if you find yourself sick, the question is, what is happening to your body? The best answer is that it’s not causing your stomach to hurt, and if it is then it’s something else. If the pain is from the stomach, then it has to be something else.
If your stomach hurts after working out, it is most likely related to the following. First, the stomach has some fluid, which makes it easier to pump out. Second, the stomach contains a lot of enzymes, which break down protein in the body. When the stomach is full, it can take longer to empty. Third, the stomach produces more bile, which can cause stomach acid to move out of the stomach into the colon and thus cause diarrhea.
If you have any of these problems, it’s best to stop working out. If you don’t, your body will become more sensitive to the effects of stress, thus making your stomach hurt even more.
Your body is made up of 70 percent water and 30 percent fat. This combination is actually pretty great for keeping the stomach small. But if you do not replace the water that your body makes with the right type of fat, then you will continue to have a “stomach-tight” feeling. It’s best to start changing your diet and adding more fat to your meals to help with elimination.
