A lot of people I know are pretty picky about food, especially when it comes to tuna. A lot of people just go for the real deal, but I think it’s probably the least healthy choice you can make in that situation.
Well, it’s good to have options, but if you are going to eat it, you better be sure it’s real. After all, there are about 30 kinds of tuna in the world and you could end up eating your meal in the toilet in your home. This is not a joke, but I seriously doubt it.

It might be because they’re genetically predisposed to eat an oily, processed food, or it might be because they’re genetically predisposed to get fat and eat white foods. Either way, there’s no excuse for their white food choices.
As I stated earlier, I think white food is a bit of a misnomer. There are many types of white foods. If you look at the foods that most Americans eat and you dont see white foods, those people probably have a genetic predisposition for obesity.
