When people complain that they eat at the airport, they usually don’t realize how little they actually eat. I mean, you can eat a huge plate of mac and cheese with a side of cold meats, right? This is because airline food is usually very basic, consisting of the same thing you’d find in a food court. It’s a meal, you just chose to ignore it.
Its a meal, you just choose to ignore it? I don’t get it. Food is an essential way of life for many people, and especially for children who are growing up. Airline food is pretty much the only place I can think of where that is true. Of course, you can eat a very good meal without ever seeing a plate.
I have no idea what makes airline food so bad, but it sure as hell can’t be good for you, so that’s kind of obvious. I think it’s the same reason you can’t have pizza. Pizza is basically the same thing as a meal, you just choose to ignore it.
To be honest, I can almost see a kid eating a pizza before a flight, and the only reason they cant is because they dont want to miss out on the fact that they will be starving by the time they get to their destination.
When I travel, I generally just want to eat as much as I can so I can enjoy my journey. This is not always the case. I’ve had a few of my friends (including a few of the people from this site) who have had to miss out on flights because of food poisoning. Luckily, most of the people who have this problem either know someone or are traveling with someone who is.
