This is a great workout for those who have been practicing their squats for a long time. It’s also incredibly fun to do with your friends.
Yes, we totally do have friends. In fact, we have a lot of them. We’ve got our buddy, our buddy, and my buddy, our buddy and my buddy. We get together every once in awhile to get a good workout, but as of today, we are all currently back-to-back farts.
The workout is actually a bit more challenging than we were expecting because there are so many different exercises that need to be done and you want to get a pretty good workout in. But with a little practice you can get your butt just about there.
For some reason, all of the farts are happening at the same time. And it’s not just us. We’ve also been toying with the idea of starting a new club.
In general, farts are the most common “sound” we make during exercise. So that helps.
Of course, we do have a bit of a different opinion about whether or not farts are a good thing, or if they should be reserved for the bathroom. We think that farts are a completely normal sound and that they’re not too bad to have on your breath in the heat of the moment. Maybe some of you disagree.
Let’s start with the sound itself. When you fart, you create “air turbulence” that causes the air inside your stomach to move faster and faster. This makes the air inside your intestines contract and produce “chokes.” After a few seconds, the air in your lungs takes over and makes you cough.
That sounds like a really unpleasant experience. That being said, farts are actually quite a pleasant way to lose weight and lower blood pressure. A study published in the Journal of the American Medical Association found that the act of farting actually lowered the weight of people after they stopped eating.
This is not to say that you should feel bad about farting. In fact, the opposite is true. The study found that people who farted a lot were less likely to overeat. The reason for this is that their fat cells are less likely to absorb nutrients from food, which leads to a lower energy level.
If you want to lose weight, exercise is the best way to do it. Eating a bunch of cake and fat-laden chocolate cake for breakfast will do the trick, but you can also try just eating a big bowl of ice cream. You will also lose weight.
