I could be wrong, but I’d say that the texture of most juices is somewhere around the consistency of pudding, whereas smoothies are somewhere between pudding and a thick and creamy smoothie. It seems like a lot of smoothies are made from fruit that isn’t particularly ripe. If you have the cash to splurge on the best smoothie you’ve ever tasted, I can only recommend going for a smoothie made with fruit that is ripe and in season.
