If you want to feed us a certain amount of food every day, you just have to make sure you get enough to feed us for at least eight days each week. That’s easy, and you can easily get by with a few people (or even two) feeding you on average. But if you want to be a bit more selective, you can alter the target food scale to feed you less, or more, depending upon how you want to feed us.

The idea being that you would need to watch how much food you’re eating, and then use this information to set a target for how much you’re going to need to eat to not gain weight.
