For me, this is a self-aware sentence which is like the best way to say what you mean when you say something. To be self-aware you need to know, right now, what you think and feel, without judging yourself for it.
Self-awareness is something I feel like a lot of people struggle with. I know I struggle with it all the time, but the truth is that I’ve always been a bit “on autopilot.” That’s because I’ve always been kind of a “go with the flow” person. I’ve always had a desire to be a part of a group, to be part of a community, to have a conversation with someone.
Now that more and more of us are realizing that our autopilot tendencies are what cause most of our problems, we need to try to use this knowledge to actually change our behaviors. For instance, if you’re a person who likes to talk to yourself, try to be more mindful of yourself when you’re talking to yourself. Try to use self-awareness to remember that you’re talking to yourself, rather than analyzing what you’re saying.
We all have a tendency to talk ourselves out of things. When we talk ourselves out, we often forget we are talking to ourselves and end up repeating the same words over and over. For example, the phrase “if you have a certain problem, you should talk to your therapist” is a very common one. So while this is not a bad thing, it is something that can be better understood with self-awareness.
This is a common tactic used by people who don’t know they are talking to themselves. It’s called ‘confirmation bias’ and while it may be a problem, it isn’t the problem. When you think that you’re being self-aware, what you are actually doing is remembering that you are talking to yourself, not analyzing what you are saying.
The problem is that you just think that youre talking to yourself, not analyzing what you are saying. This is just confirmation bias. To address this, you should first ask yourself what your goal is in talking to yourself. Are you doing it for another purpose, or are you really just talking to yourself? The latter is the reason why it can be hard to say “no” when you want to stop talking to yourself.
As a general rule, it’s best to not say no to a conversation that is not an option. That means if you are talking to yourself, then you should stop, because as long as you are talking to yourself, you are not actually listening to what you are saying.

By speaking this sentence, you are acknowledging that you are speaking to yourself, but with a tone of voice and a body language that says, “I am not really listening to what you are saying because you are talking to yourself.” This is a great lesson for self-awareness.
