I’m a fast runner and this is one of my favorite runs. I can just go about my day, run three miles and then stretch for a few minutes, then do another three miles, and so on. This is similar to the same concept I would use running marathons. However, the difference is that I would have to focus on how long I could run before stopping to rest.
