The good news is that Storm Maker is a program that can give you a solid foundation of cardio when youre in the mood for it. We all need a bit of “training” in our lives, just like we need a bit of “pre-workout” in our muscles. The problem with this program though is that it can only train you on your upper body, which is a good thing, but it will leave you with very little impact when you start running.
In the end, people who use this program are left with a ton of fat on top of their muscles, which is a real problem. Not only are you pumping energy into your arms, but you’re also burning extra fat to get these gains. This is definitely a program for people who are trying to lose weight, but for anyone looking to get stronger, this is not the program for you.
