This is a fantastic feature of sortd. We all use it at times and it is a great way to streamline your workflow and save some time. It can even give you notifications when new posts are made, or if you are on a delay and something new is available. It is worth noting that you can also create a list of all the messages that are in your inbox.
You can also use sortd to sort your email (and some other) messages into categories, which can be helpful in organizing your inbox.
sortd can be used as a sort of “mailbox manager” if you want to create a different inbox for different things you want to keep in your inbox. There are three main ways to do this. The first is you can create a list in your inbox and sort items into folders, like “Inbox” and “Drafts,” which can then be sorted by date. Another way is to add a header to each message in your inbox that indicates a category or a date.
sortd is a useful tool because it makes you think about your mail in a way that’s both helpful (to you) and useful (to others). It’s also not that hard to explain, and as an added bonus it lets you create a “master” inbox for your emails so you can see all your incoming emails in one place.
When you create a folder, you can set up a sort by date, which is great for sorting your inbox into a single chronological file. Another nice feature is that you can set up a new sort by date on the header of the emails you received, which makes it easy to see which emails you’ve sent in the past week or month.
If you’re using Outlook, it’s pretty easy to set up a master inbox to organize your emails. I set mine up using the Outlook Web App, but a similar setup should also work for any web browser. Just create a folder for each of your accounts (if you have more than one account) and then create a new folder for each of your mails.
My suggestion is to set up a master inbox. If you don’t have any, set up a folder for all your accounts in a separate folder. Then each time you need to view an email, open a new tab in your browser and go to your inbox and then you can click the sort by date to view all the emails you’ve opened in the past week or month.
The best way to keep it organized is to set up a “master inbox” for your entire site. Every email that is sent to your site will go into that master inbox. If there is one, you can use it to sort all of your emails into folders. Then you can have multiple mailboxes to open in your browser.
This is a great way to keep your emails from running into each other, but it means you have to open them all in your master. Once you have a master inbox, you can use it for things like opening an email and then only going back to that one email (rather than opening a new tab, etc.). This is an excellent way to get your emails organized and you can even use it to sort your emails into folders again. It really is a great way to organize your emails.
