I love Schmidt’s Food Truck because they offer so much value. The variety of different dishes, the fresh ingredients, and the flavors I can’t imagine getting anywhere else.

I’d be lying if I said I don’t love my food truck, but the fact that they’re still open for business is a wonderful thing.

I love food trucks too, but the thing that makes me happiest is when I see them on city streets and see how many people have ordered from them. It makes me think that theyre a very genuine place. Even my little boy who is now about 12 still loves the truck too. I can tell he thinks it’s a good place to get a snack and I’m happy that he does too. Of course, the real joy is meeting people from all over the world and chatting with them.

I’ve heard that some people get obsessed with their food trucks, and some people don’t even ask for food. I’ve heard that some people like to get a meal from an old truck, but it just means they don’t know how to feed themselves. I’m not sure why but maybe it just stems from the fact that I enjoy life (being around people who know me or whatever).

As a side note, I love that Schmidt and his team have a food truck that they set up on the side of the road near the freeway in San Diego. I think it looks cool. I also think that he’s the only person I’ve met who has a food truck and it’s a good place to get a snack and Im happy that he does too. Of course, the real joy is meeting people from all over the world and chatting with them.
