So, I would have to say that a lot of people’s thoughts and actions are based on the idea that they’re in charge of their own thoughts and actions. I would say that this is really not true. It really isn’t at all true. It’s just that we don’t know what’s really going on in our mind and that can be a very useful tool if we’re experiencing stress and/or anxiety.
So, we really do have a lot of control over our thoughts and actions, but the point I am trying to make is that it can be a very useful tool for us to learn to learn to accept and take responsiblity for ourselves in ways that we may not have been aware of.
This is a good example of this. I was having a moment of panic because I was thinking about something I did the other day and it was going so well that I wanted to go back and do it again. I remember that I was probably about to jump out the window. I was not thinking about that, I was thinking I had to get up. I was thinking that I had to get up, because I had to pee. That is a moment of stress and panic.
I think I have an answer to this. The first thing I thought of was “The thing that really makes you the best you’ve been in the past.” The idea of “excellent” is a hard one to grasp, but something to try with. I know that if I had been aware of this “excellent” quality, I probably wouldn’t have done what I did.
I used to be a lot more relaxed and calm. I would go to the gym and sometimes stay in the gym all day. I was never that calm and I would usually have to fight it. I would get so scared that I would have to leave the gym. I just know that I would rather be in the gym and doing things that I love than not being there and being forced to do something that I hate.
Ryan Phillippe was once the poster child for the over-achieving, over-achieving, over-achieving, over-achieving, over-achieving, over-achieving, over-achieving athlete who just couldn’t take a day off without putting on some muscle! At the same time, he struggled on one of the most stressful days of his life, and he found it personally devastating.
Phillippe has always had an unhealthy love of food. He once ate a bowl of soup for lunch without saying a word. He once had the nerve to eat a bowl of cereal and have no choice but to have cereal with his cereal. He once ate a bowl of cereal with his cereal. Even now, he’ll have a bowl of cereal with his cereal. And he’s the only one left of his childhood who doesn’t have a chip on his shoulder about it.
After a year of taking his workouts seriously, it was a relief to get out and walk on the treadmill again. At least he’s not eating the same old crap he did before.
There’s a reason why so many of the world’s top athletes are addicted to the gym. It’s the same reason why so many of the world’s top athletes are addicted to protein shakes.
