I love roller skating. It’s one of those things that I can get lost in, so I’m always on the lookout for new and innovative ways to stay on track with my weight loss goals. So, when I was searching for a new way to incorporate more exercise into my routine, I turned to roller skating.

Like a lot of things in life, it depends on what you want and how much time you have to commit to a change. If you’re looking for a quick way to get more cardio in your daily routine, then maybe this is not for you.

While there are some people who have been able to get into roller skating, I think for the majority of people, the first couple of minutes are the hardest. After that you get a pretty good workout as long as you keep moving and don’t stop moving.
