I admit when I say I am not a real food addict. I am not a food addict at all. I am a real food addict, but not a junk food addict. I am an eating addict and I am trying to change that.
Real food addicts are those who are so committed to their daily diet that they have their habits and routines so ingrained into how they eat that they can’t even be bothered to change anything. I’m not saying that someone who doesn’t have this mentality is a junk food addict. But if you are like me, you probably have a few things in your life that you just can’t get rid of.
I think its important to realize that this is not a problem only for junk food addicts. Junk food addicts are also people who have a strong daily routine and habits. They may have a handful of bad habits and routines, but they have the habits and routines that they are accustomed to. And the biggest problem for me is that most of the time, I dont know how to get rid of any of those habits and routines.
The problem with getting rid of bad habits and routines is that they can be very hard to get rid of, but most of them can be gotten rid of. Just because you have a few bad habits and routines that are hard to get rid of, doesnt mean that they are bad habits and routines in the first place. It just means that they are habits and routines that you are accustomed to and have a strong routine and routine that you use to get rid of them.
This is true. We all have a few habits and routines that are hard to get rid of, and the problem with them is that they are habits and routines that you are accustomed to and have a strong routine and routine that you use to get rid of them. One of the best ways to get rid of bad habits and routines is by practicing them consistently. If you have a good routine and routine that you use every day, then your bad habits and routines will be less of a problem. In general, I think that the more consistent we are with the things that we do, the easier it is to get rid of bad habits and routines. The problem with bad habits and routines is that you can’t get rid of them if you don’t have the discipline to make the changes. The solution for most of us is to begin practicing good habits and routines that we can get rid of.

In the last chapter we talked about how habits get ingrained into our brains, and how they’re very hard to change. With that in mind, I want to talk about the importance of consistent habits and routines. The biggest reason it can take up to a hundred days to change a habit is because the brain is trying to figure out how to change it. If you just start changing your routine in that short amount of time, it’s much easier to get rid of that habit.
