Crossfit is one of the most popular forms of exercise around. But unfortunately, it’s also one of the most difficult.
I’ve been doing crossfit for over a year now and I have to say that it is not fun, but it is very fun.
I started crossfit for a couple reasons. First, as a way to get stronger, and second, as the only healthy and safe way to exercise in my apartment. I don’t get out of there often enough to get ripped, but when I do I love it. It’s so much easier to get a decent workout when youre not working out in a gym, and I do it anywhere and everywhere I can.
Crossfit works by combining strength training (with dumbbells and barbells) with aerobic exercises (like running) in a way that mimics a workout you would do in real life. As such, it’s not a strict program designed for people with any sort of real-life fitness problem. However, it is designed for people who just have a fitness issue or an interest in fitness.
When I first started Crossfit, I was a complete non-athlete. I would go to the gym and leave feeling like a weight lifter and I would always get myself in trouble. I have never done any exercise since I stopped Crossfit, but I do know that Crossfit is a great way to get a cardio workout without having to spend a lot of time at it.
With Crossfit you have a lot of control over how much time you spend in the gym. You can choose to go at the regular pace (which means you have to come in every few minutes to get a good cardio workout) or you can choose to go at a more intense pace (which means you don’t have to do those intervals that everyone seems to do).
