Using the right level of self-awareness can bring you from a position of power. When your brain is ready to think about it, you can see it. When you see yourself, you can see that you are a “good” person and that you just need to work on creating a better environment.
If you have some self-awareness, then you can see which of your brain’s brain processes what you’re doing. If you are making a decision to be successful in this process, then you are ready to go. But when it comes to thinking about this decision, you can get lost in the moment and look far beyond the right level of self-awareness.
I’m going to try and explain how to do this earlier, and I’ll try to explain it as much as I can.

For most of us this is a very confusing situation, because we are engaged in something that we don’t even realize we are doing. So the good news is that most of us can find our own way through this. The bad news is that very few of us can do this successfully.
