While I love HIIT for this reason, the machines also tend to be pretty powerful, so they can be a bit iffy.

So if youre looking for a way to get back into the gym, i think this might be good to look into. For example, a person who is having problems with their knees or backs can try this. If youre a big fan of HIIT, you could also try a HIIT resistance workout. HIIT resistance training is a workout where you do jumping exercises in addition to traditional resistance training.

HIIT resistance training is also known for helping people with injuries. I like this because it is a way to get back into the gym without the high energy required to do traditional resistance training. With HIIT resistance, you do jumping exercises, and you have to lift your weight as high as possible for the duration of the exercise. This is done to a preset number of reps.

This is a bit of an oversimplification, but you can actually do some pretty extreme stuff while having no fear of hurting yourself. For example, I can jump higher and do more reps without breaking a sweat. (And even I have a hard time doing the squat jump without feeling like I’m on fire.
