This workout book by my friend pooh is one of the best I’ve ever read. He is a self-proclaimed “foodie,” one who loves his food and is an expert in all things healthy. He’s also a great friend, a gym dad, and a guy who has a lot of time on his hands. He has a new workout book coming out in September called “The Three Levels of Self-Awareness.
