Pokil is a great place to get started on your pokil recipe. It is a great place to start off your day by putting some pokil out, then taking a few minutes to rinse and stir it out so it’s not browned up too much in the next day. Plus, pokil is also one of my favorite things to do on a daily basis, especially in a busy day like the one I live in.
While pokil does have a lot of ingredients, including spices, this is one recipe where you won’t need to go to the whole grocery store to find the ingredients. The ingredients we use here are pretty simple and cheap, and most of the spices you will need to make your pokil are already in your spice rack.

The spices in Pokil are very potent. I would advise that you only use them in small quantities and cook the pokil in small batches. As a general rule, if you are cooking something in one big batch, you should probably split up the batch into smaller portions. This is especially true for the meat-based pokil. I only use a little bit of the meat and I cook it in small batches, so the spices are not that concentrated.
