The fact is that paper is not a material. I could never get past this notion of paper as a physical material. This can be a little frustrating when you read that a paper napkin is a material. Of course, it is. To this end it is quite common for plastic to also come to be used in this function and many people don’t like them because they are often hard to wash and reuse.
That said, paper napkins are not necessarily as fragile or easy to wash as plastic ones. While a person could use a paper napkin to wrap something or to put in a pocket, it is a pretty common way to keep a list, a piece of paper. The thing is that the physical properties of paper do matter when it comes to this use. For example, plastic is not very breathable and will cause you to choke if you use it to write on.
Plastic also gets a lot of wear, so I think you should definitely wash it, but you can easily replace it with a paper one. That said, if you wash a plastic one too often it could begin to fade and lose its shape. If you need paper napkins, I would also recommend not using them to wrap things since they are likely to get eaten by the little critters.
A paper napkin is an excellent tool to wrap things up. It can be used to put some papers on them while they’re still wet, but it doesn’t really matter where the paper was wrapped.
I was always told that you can’t really wash plastic and that paper is just the best for plastic. It might be true, but here in the U.S. you can use paper napkins for paper, and I bet you can eat that paper napkin, too.
I really like the idea that you don’t need to worry about your paper napkin getting eaten up by the bugs, but if you can’t be bothered to put on paper, you can use plastic. In fact, it might be a good idea to buy a plastic cutlery holder, since you know you’ll be using it to wrap things up.
Paper napkins are a great way to use up your plastic. By the way, plastic cutlery holders may become popular in the future I guess.
You can also use paper towels as sponges, and I bet you can eat that paper towel, too.
I think it’s great that paper is easily recyclable. I also think that paper towels are better than plastic cutlery because they’re flimsier and they don’t curl up like the plastic ones. They’re also great for wrapping things up, but I don’t think they’re as good for eating.
