One of the most important components of self-care is the way you spend your time. At this point in life, we are used to being in control of our time. We are constantly checking our phones and texting or facebooking or checking our email. It’s difficult to truly be present when those activities are on autopilot.
For most of us, that’s where our time is. That said, we spend far less time than we should on these tasks. A study of over 100,000 people found that, on average, we spend two hours per day on “time-wasting” tasks. If we spent two hours per day on tasks that really matter, we would spend two hours per day actually doing things.
For many people, texting and facebooking or emailing don’t really matter either, because they’re so often the first things to go when we’re trying to be present. For many others, they’re the last thing to go, because their lives have become too busy to bother with making time for them.
That’s why I believe offliberty’s “mobile life” concept is so important. The fact is, many people are spending more of their time on the phone than actually doing anything.
This is where offliberty comes in. The concept of allowing your time to be spent in meaningful ways is one of the things I love best. The concept of mobile life is a great idea because it allows you to spend time doing things you enjoy, which can be anything from reading to watching movies or just taking a stroll in the park. Offliberty offers you a way to do all of this without needing a phone (or a computer) to do it.
Offliberty is a mobile device that allows you to have a phone (or a tablet) along with a phone app that allows you to use your phone’s features. It’s an app that allows you to make and receive phone calls, it’s an app that allows you to take pictures and video with your phone’s camera, and it’s an app that allows you to use your phone’s GPS to navigate. I can’t even begin to explain what Offliberty is all about.
Offliberty is based on a time-lapse camera that lets you see the world as it is at a specific time in the future. With a little bit of tinkering you can actually put time lapses together and actually see the world at a specific time. Its a really interesting concept, and it will actually be useful to watch people walk around and see what they do and how they make decisions and see how they react when something unexpected happens.

The only problem is the camera is terrible at photographing things.
If you want an app to do a time-lapse photo, just shoot a single frame of video. In this case, you’ll probably need to shoot a couple of frames at once. You might also need to shoot at least a few frames per second, but you’ll probably need to keep a constant eye on the videos to see if you’re capturing something really interesting.
