My partner and I recently started blogging about our home-buying experience, nbchat.com. The goal of the site is to highlight the mistakes that I made in buying my home and the lessons I learned from them. Like anything you go through before closing, there are things that you learn the hard way and there are other lessons that were just plain hard to learn.

I think they just have a really good sense of humor and can make the most difficult conversations come together in a way that makes the conversation fun and easy to hang out on even if you don’t have every single person on the same page.

The best part? You can chat with them anytime, anywhere in one of the most lively online communities you’ll ever find. There is a lot of freedom at each step of the process and people are really easy to interact with.

I can’t think of a worse place to be than on the internet. I’ve spent a fair amount of time in chat rooms, but I tend to find it to be less than ideal. Chat rooms are generally more casual, and casual conversations tend to be less insightful than those in person. For example, I have a few chats going at the moment that are more or less random.

Chat can be a great way to meet up with your friends and talk with them about whatever you’re interested or curious about. It can also be a great way to get into groups, for example, if you’re into video games or science fiction. In our own, sometimes inane conversations we’ve had over the past few weeks, we’ve even had our own “group chat.
