This is the first workout I have ever done. I was just looking for a new workout after having a fall off my bike and having to give up my gym membership. I love that I can do this on my own and feel that my workout is my own.
It’s very easy to become complacent in a gym. After you get used to doing the same thing every day, the routine becomes boring. But at least you can get a workout without feeling like you’re doing anything different.
What I love about this workout method is that it doesn’t rely on cardio to get me results. It’s purely a combination of strength and cardio. The idea is to do this workout once a week. Just do the cardio twice a week, and do the strength once a week. This way you have a lot of time to think about what you should be doing and how you can get better. It can be boring, but that’s the point.
I personally love it, but I see it as a workout that would also work well for someone who doesn’t want to lift heavy weights. For those of you who want to increase your strength without going to the gym, I suggest this one.
