To me, lunchtime is always lunchtime. I love it when I know a few hours of work have been done so I can get back into my warm and cozy kitchen to create something to eat.

This can work for many reasons, but it is usually because I have not had time to cook something. This is also why I love to make bread. Because in the time it takes to make bread, I can make a variety of different types of breads.
