It is difficult to believe that we truly live in a world where Mexican food can be so delicious. Whether you are a seasoned fan of the cuisine or are new to it, I encourage you to try these three recipes. Ive made this last year, but in the end of it I will finally give it a go. I think that the reason I made it is because I was excited to get it. As I said, I am in awe of how easy it is to make this. It is not like some other recipes that Ive made. I have some leftover meat from a turkey sandwich and it is not like the other recipes Ive made.
My take on this meal was to use ground meat from a turkey breast. I used some chicken from the same sandwich, and that left me with about the same amount of meat. I also used some canned enchiladas, so that left me with about the same amount of stuff.
I could easily have made this with the same stuff, but I decided to use ground turkey for the meat, and canned enchilada sauce on the enchilada meat. I also substituted jalapeno peppers for the canned stuff. The chicken was a little bit too much, but I really like how the peppers add a great taste to the dish.

The fact is that I’ve had a lot of Mexican food here on campus, but that’s all I’ve ever had. This is one of the more unique combinations, but it’s also good fun, and I’m definitely planning on trying it again.
