This week on Simple Living, I’ll be sharing a recipe for the most delicious homemade pasta you’ve ever had. I use the term “most delicious” very loosely because this pasta is the best I’ve ever had. I’m a huge fan of quinoa, so this is a recipe that I’m really excited to share.
Ive been making this pasta for years, and I have to say most of them are better than mine. But this is definitely worth sharing, and Im glad to know that someone else can get this deliciousness too.
This recipe is based on kates family recipe, which contains a lot of butter, garlic, and a whole lot of cheese. The rest of the ingredients, fresh tomatoes, red onions, and red bell peppers, are a bit more traditional.
You can use any fresh vegetables you like, but I would recommend using zucchini and/or yellow squash. Also, I recommend doubling the ingredients if you are using red onions, peppers, and tomatoes. You can find more recipes like this on our site.
The other thing you should know is that I cook this stuff on a regular basis for my husband. He really likes it and you will too.
