Junk food junkies, on the other hand, tend to be skinny. Their high blood sugar levels have the opposite effect of filling the stomach, so they can’t hold onto as many empty calories. They are also more likely to become addicted to junk food and binge it on. This results in a lot of empty calories being produced which causes even more empty calories to be consumed.
Junk food junkies are a very small and very select demographic. Many people just don’t know what makes them tick. They don’t think they can be addicted to junk food or even crave it at the same time. When they try and figure out if they are junk food junkies, they usually can’t decide what to do. There are many more people who are junk food junkies than there are who are not.
