I like to call it skateboard good exercise because it is.

Instead, they are much more likely to gain weight if they’re trying to lose it because they already have a larger-than-average chest.

You learn to focus on the board, and it makes everything you see clearer. And you can try to get better at skidding during practice sessions so that you can be more comfortable and efficient at the same time.
