If you’re looking for a recipe that is cheap, this is a great dish to start with.
Not to mention that pork legs are often very well done. And if you want, you can make this recipe even more affordable by using cheaper cuts of pork. Pork chops, pork belly, or pork tenderloin are all good options, but you can also use pork kidneys, pig’s feet, or pork hearts.
You can even make some pretty great recipes. It does become a habit to try something new, and this is something I’ve been wanting to do more often.
