I’m not sure if it was a coincidence that the first gluten-free thing I’ve tried was Indian food, but there’s something very reassuring about just eating the same food that another person has already eaten, and not having that other person be disappointed with your eating habits.
The thing that I have heard the most about Indian food is that they can be extremely healthy, or if you are willing to put in a lot of effort, you can actually be really healthy. And they are definitely healthy, but the thing that has been most exciting is that the dishes we have tried are delicious. I have tried a lot of different things. I have tried everything from pizza, to the best steak I have ever had.
