I use a food processor to make almost all of my cooking. This is because I love the speed it produces in my hands. The problem is, it’s a machine, not a hand. That means that if you’re doing all your chopping and cooking in a room, you’re going to end up with a mess.

My father is a chef who invented an oven that had a processor. It was just an old-fashioned machine that would eat everything in it and make it a little smoother. Then I started using it to chop chicken or vegetables. I got a nice bowl and a small bowl of potatoes, but I hate it. I have a lot of trouble with food processors.
