The other is the squat where she must lower herself and then rise to the knees. These movements are very demanding and could take quite a while, but she is very good at them.

She has a fitness regime that focuses on strength and weight training. She also takes swimming and yoga classes and has to wear a special, high-tech swimming suit to keep her from getting sunburned. She also has to take regular classes on how to use a sword.
