I have to say, I love this song. It is a song about an old woman who is living with her granddaughter and the granddaughter gets annoyed when the old woman can’t concentrate on her school work. The old woman tells her daughter: “You know, my granddaughter, if you had only known how much I had to do with my life, you wouldn’t have complained so much. She can’t even do her homework anymore.
It’s a beautiful song that brings up so many questions.
