This is very impressive, but I was wondering if he had any training. You don’t have to lift the bar to do this, but you do have to use your hands.

In the same vein, dumbbell alternating back raises are one of the fastest ways to do a front raise. There are many variations of this move, but its basically the same with two dumbbells. The idea is for you to start on the floor and alternate between the two dumbbells between your feet. You are using your hands to do the work. This is not a very complicated move, but it is a good training move for anyone who is looking to get into bodyweight exercises.

So if you have a dumbbell and you want to alternate between them, you can do this. Begin with dumbbell one and alternate between them. There are different versions, but this is the basic version. You can do this as many times as you want, but you do have to be careful you don’t hurt yourself. So keep your eyes focused on your hands and don’t use your back muscles.

There are also variations that involve doing the move with your shoulders in a different position. Some people feel this is more difficult, but I think it’s easier as you can really focus on your muscles.
