I’ve recently been working out with a couple of friends. One woman is running on a treadmill in the gym after her workout, and the other is sitting on a blanket in her apartment with a hot beverage in her hand. I’m not sure which feels more comfortable, but both women are saying they feel better after a morning workout.
The first point is that if you’re doing something that involves a lot of walking, you’re going to burn lots of calories. The second point is that if you’re sitting around for a long time, you’re going to get a headache. Both women are telling us that they’re feeling much better after their workouts.
Maybe its the thought of a nice walk and a hot beverage that do for us after a workout, but either way, I hope one of them has a great day. And hey, maybe a good workout can get you into the mood for a great day.
I know I have a weakness for good, healthy, healthy, healthy workouts. Just this morning I was on top of the world, feeling great, and then I was stuck in a traffic jam with no one to talk to. I was tired, but I’m going to be up late. I’ll be right back.

Yes, its true that its important to be able to talk to people and share your feelings with people. But like the title suggests, it also has to be done at a time that you can do it.
