This one is probably the most common, but it is also one of my favorite posts on the site. I often find myself writing or listening to some workout music, and then watching my body slowly recover from an intense workout. In the old days, there were also some very good and fun ways to get into a workout. One of the best ways was to go to a free weights class. If you had a gym membership, you would have a right to go to a free weights class. If you were a member, but were too lazy to go to a gym, you could still go to a free weights class. You could even walk in with your weights on your belt and your membership card.
