One of my favorite ways to work out is doing what I call “brock o’ hurns”. My brock o’ hurns consist of me putting my hands on my knees and sitting down with my back against a wall. As I’m sitting there, I’m thinking about what I’m doing. Then I’ll take a deep breath and count to 10.
I can’t tell you what brock o hurns are like because that would be a spoiler. I do however feel it’s one of the most beneficial ways to work out because it’s so natural. You can literally sit there and count to 10 and it’s not like you’re doing your movements. It’s like you’re just really thinking about something. At least that’s how I feel.
I know thats what I really like about brock o hurns. Theyre really not the kind of workout that will have you sweating bullets but theyre really natural. They are so easy to do and really no one will even know theyre actually doing them.
In brock o hurns, you use a dumbbell as a training device. This works by placing it inside your body and allowing you to only move arms and legs. Then you rest on the top and the bottom of the dumbbell, hold it, and pull it up. As you get stronger it becomes easier to pull the weight up the last few inches.
You can try doing brock o hurns with your own body or with a friend or a group of people. You can even get a local gym to do it for $10 a class. The idea is to get your body used to moving a whole bunch of weight at once, so you will be able to do brock o hurns better than you ever thought you could.
This is a really fun way to get in the bodybuilder spirit. However, you should definitely keep in mind that it can be quite intense as you are just pushing yourself to the limit.
Personally, I prefer to do it with a friend but I know it can be extremely intense if you want to do it as a group. If you don’t have a local gym, try a few online gyms.

Well, it’s definitely a workout. I can tell you, as somebody who loves to exercise, it is intense. However, just because it is intense, doesn’t mean that it’s going to kill you. I have been able to complete brock o hurn about a dozen times. And it is a very intense workout. But, that’s just my opinion. I am not a doctor.
