Body Beast is a great new workout video that I’m loving. I found it to be a combination of my favorite workouts from my old video “Body Beast”, and a new studio workout from @bodybeast. It’s a great new workout, and I’m excited to see where it takes me in the future.

I like to do them at a moderate pace and slowly increase the intensity.
Body Beast is not a cardio workout and no one is going to get a good cardio workout out of this. You’ll burn fat, but you’ll also burn calories and have a great time doing it.

I usually do them after my workouts but I also like to do them before. I also like to do these at a moderate pace and slowly increase the intensity.
