I’ve always had a thing for beach bodies. I love the way they feel and look and have a real connection to their bodies. They’re sexy as hell too and you don’t tend to get that from other things. As with anything, the best way to lose weight these days, and gain muscle, is to stay active.

Beachbody Beast is definitely not a fitness program. It is a program for getting lots of cardio benefits. It’s designed for building muscle, burning fat, and getting toned abs. It’s not a fitness app. Its not a diet.
The gym is the wrong venue to do these things, Beachbody Beast. Sure, it has all the bells and whistles, but its a poor excuse for cardio and building muscle. It’s a really great workout for building cardio and building up muscle, but I would recommend something a little more fun, a little more active, and a little more flexible. If you want to burn fat, that’s a whole different thing.
Well, to be fair, I should note that the gym is the worst place to do cardio in the world. Yes, it’s a great place to build up cardio, but it’s not the best place to build muscle and burn fat.
Beachbody has a whole bunch of awesome video tutorials on its website. I’ll focus on the two I’m going to mention here. The first is to build a ton of abs through a combination of cardio and swimming. The second one is building a ton of abs using weighted rows, weighted squats, and weighted leg extensions.
The first one is just a video tutorial on building abs through cardio. It’s obviously not all going to be in the water. The second one is a video tutorial on the core building and body building formula. As someone who has a bit of experience with cardio, I know the importance of building a strong body through core training exercises, like dumbbell rows or weighted squats. This will help you build strong butt and core muscles.
