For my body, I like to run, walk, cycle, swim, and bike. For my mind, I like to read, exercise, and work out. For my soul, I like to meditate and pray. For my heart, I like to meditate, exercise, and pray.
It seems that for some people, beach exercise is a way of both getting their bodies to work out and getting their souls to meditate all at once. But, for me, it’s a much better way of exercising than any of those other options.
