In our busy lives, we are constantly exposed to stimuli. Whether it is the sound of a busy elevator, the sight of a busy grocery store, or the sound of a busy street, it’s our reaction to it that matters.
We have to think quickly about the stimuli we’re exposed to, and our responses to them, because they can be the deciding factors of how things change. If we’re always exposed to the sound of someone being mugged or the sight of someone being mugged, we might not notice it until it’s too late.
The same is true when it comes to our environment. When we’re running on a treadmill or doing cardio, we need to think fast about how we’re feeling and what we need to do to feel better. We need to think fast about what we need to eat, when we need to eat, and how we need to eat to feel better. We don’t need to think fast about what we’re wearing, when we’re going to wear it, and how we’re going to wear it.
This is why we are always asking our students to think about what they are wearing, when they are going to wear it, and how they plan to wear it.
I have been doing it for years now. When you are on a treadmill you need to think fast about how you are feeling and what are you doing to feel better. You need to think fast about what you are eating, when you are going to eat it, and how you are going to eat it.
When a person needs to be thinking about what they are wearing as they are making their way through a workout, they are on autopilot. They don’t really have a choice about it. This is why it is so important to think fast and to try to make the time to get the right workout.

While I do think that this is the most important reason for eating when you are trying to get your body ready for a workout, I am also a fan of the fact that it is so easy to go wrong when making plans.
